Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif arrived at the Congress Center Tashkent to meet the President of Uzbekistan, His Excellency Shavkat Mirziyoyev, where the Prime Minister was presented with a guard of honor.
Upon arrival at the Congress Center Tashkent, the Prime Minister and the Uzbek President engaged in conversation. The national anthems of both countries were also played on the occasion.
The Uzbek President introduced the members of his cabinet to the Prime Minister, and after that, the Prime Minister of Pakistan also introduced the members of his cabinet.
The Prime Minister and the President of Uzbekistan will attend the signing ceremony of MoUs and agreements on cooperation in various fields between Pakistan and Uzbekistan and address a joint press conference.
There will be bilateral meetings and delegation-level meetings between the two leaders.
Later, the Prime Minister and the Uzbek President will attend the Pakistan-Uzbekistan Joint Business Forum and hold talks.
The Prime Minister will also visit the Techno Park in Tashkent where the Prime Minister will be taken to visit the industrial units of locally manufactured products of Uzbekistan.
